We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). By using our website or giving us your information, you agree to it being handled as set out here.
What personal information we collect

We will not use your information for any other purpose unless you agree, or the law allows or requires it.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do business with you, with:

We ask these parties to keep your information confidential and use it only for the job we gave them.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our bins are made overseas, so bin specifications, artwork and logos for your order may be sent to our manufacturing partner in [COUNTRY]. Some of our online services, such as email and web hosting, may also store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients handle your information in a way that is consistent with the APPs.
Website, cookies and third-party services
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set essential cookies so the site works properly.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser sends your IP address to Google. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles this.

We may occasionally contact existing customers about new products or offers. Every marketing email or text will include an easy way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Storage, security and retention
We store personal information in secure, password-protected systems, such as our email, accounting software and website. Only people who need it for their work can access it.
We keep records for as long as we need them for the purposes above. Business and tax records are kept for at least 5 years, as required by Australian tax law. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Files you upload through our quote form are emailed to us and then deleted from our web server.
